A commercial organisation in continuos relationship with the market could not ignore the needs of the major customers who must prepare some standard components through precision working, such as gears, pinions and steel shafts. A department was set up to allow them to receive the already processed item required in only one purchase order: the item is ready to be sent to the assembling lines. All workings are carried out according to the customers' drawings: they are received by e-mail, elaborated by means of Cad-Cam programs and electronically filed by our technical department to be used again in case of any following order. This repetitive working procedure allows to considerably save time and costs.

I Gear and pinion drilling and broaching, working of hardened and casehardened steel shafts, working of recirculating-ball screws and linear guides according to the customer's drawings are the most frequent ones.
Special order forms are available for usual customers with the necessary indications to carry out the working; they can also be faxed. All workings are submitted to quality control by means of Mitutoyo instruments.
